Más de una centena de connacionales con niños en brazos, se instauraron este jueves 25 a las afueras del consulado peruano con el propósito de retornar a casa ante la expansión del en Chile.

Angustiados y atormentados se encuentran los peruanos que radican en tierras chilenas. “Vizcarra acuérdate de tu gente en Chile”, indica una pancarta que hace un llamado al presidente. Asimismo, decidieron instalar carpas, colchonetas, sillas y mesas a tientas del consulado ubicado el distrito de Providencia.

Ante las protestas, los funcionarios salieron pacíficamente a dialogar con sus compatriotas para buscar una solución óptima siendo una de las principales, realizar un listado con los nombres de las personas varadas.

Como se recuerda, desde el 22 de abril el Perú cerró sus fronteras internacionales. Por otro lado, en Chile, radican alrededor de 250.000 peruanos.
